"SQL Server does not exist or access denied." message appears when using Ferrysoft Help Desk Administrator.

Symptoms

The message above appears when trying to connect to SQL Server from within Ferrysoft Help Desk Administrator.

Cause

The most likely cause is that the name of the Server is being entered incorrectly.

Resolution

To resolve this, check that the Server, Username and Password are being entered correctly.
